I'm PC-based and have been experimenting with using cloud-based Stemify since getting back home from camp to isolate the cavquinho track from commercial recordings.  You can also mute the stem with cavaquinho and play in its place.

Results pretty good for generating stems for the different instruments from recordings and youtube.  It also identifies the key and tempo (bpm) of the tune during the stem generation process.

Sometimes the cavaquinho will end up on a stem that also has guitar and/or mandolin so you still have to parse that by your ears, but the isolation from the other instruments does provide clarity.  Having the padeiro isolated to a "drum" stem also helps hear the rhythm clearly.

Anyone else using these tools for cavaquinho study and practice?  Are you using something else that I should check out (PC-based)?
