Last year (2024) at Choro Camp it was clear that we needed to offer more support to people who were relatively new to cavaquinho. So this year I plan to prepare a series of simple cavaquinho accompaniments to each tune in the 2025 Core Repertoire. I'll prepare both a lead sheet with the chord voicings I'm using and one or more videos demoing a simple "levada" (strumming pattern) you can use more or less throughout. I'll post them in the Cavaquinho section of the Forum. See you there, cavaquinistas!
